Ingredients for 4:
- ½ kilogram of Chicken
- 4 chard leaves
- 250 grams of Rice
- 2 pieces of Carrot
- ½ piece of Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 dessert spoons of Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of Green beans or green beans
Preparation:
1. Wash the chicken and cook it for an hour with a little onion, garlic and salt to get the chicken broth.
2. While the chicken is cooking, wash the chard leaves and chop them not so finely so they don’t get lost when cooking.
3. We cut the carrot and green beans.
4. In a pot, place a little oil and fry the chopped onion in medium squares, add the chicken broth, the rice and the cut vegetables, and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
5. To finish, we serve our rice soup with chicken and vegetables with the shredded chicken meat and accompanied with a little lemon, onion and chopped chili.
