Cactus soup

Ingredients for 2:

  • 5 nopales
  • coriander a bunch
  • 1 dried chipotle chile
  • onion half

Preparation:

1. Chop the nopales and cook them with a little water and salt. Chop the cilantro and onion.

2. Since the nopales have been cooked, drain them. In a little oil, season the cilantro with the onion and add the nopal with the chile, put 2 cups of water and let it boil

3. Think that the more it boils, the more flavor the nopales soup will have. Serve hot.
