Garlic and onion soup

Ingredients for 2:

  • 2 white onions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth

Preparation:

1. Before making the onion and garlic soup, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2. In a pot add the vegetable broth with the onion and garlic, and cook for 10 minutes until it boils.

3. Now is the time to add the parsley and the celery stalk to the onion and garlic broth and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

4. Then, blend the garlic and onion soup until you get a completely homogeneous mixture.
