Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken thighs.
- Tabasco sauce.
- Thyme.
- Laurel.
- Oregano powder.
- Lemon.
- Orange.
- Mustard.
- Brandy.
- Rosemary.
- Mint.
- White, black, red and green pepper powder.
- Cilantro and Parsley finely chopped.
- Salt.
Preparation:
1. Place the chicken to marinate with lemon, brandy, thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, mint and the four ground peppers for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Then, place the chicken on a tray and brush with mustard, drizzle with orange, Tabasco and sprinkle with salt and oregano.
3. Bake in the oven at medium temperature for about an hour, when they are golden and crisp, remove them. Sprinkle with coriander and parsley.
