Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Carrot
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Aromatic herbs
- Oil
- Orange or lemon juice
Preparation:
1.In a bowl, place the peeled and cut onion and carrot.
2.dress them with salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and a trickle of oil, and cook over high heat for 4 minutes.
3. Take them out of the microwave, stir them and place them on top of the seasoned chicken along with the orange or lemon juice and a little oil.
4. Cover well and cook everything together for 4 to 5 minutes at maximum power and let cool without uncovering.
