Ingredients:
- 5 portions or reasons
- 15 chicken wings
- 5 habanero chiles
- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter
- 1 tablespoon maggie juice (soy sauce)
- juice of a lemon
Preparation:
1. We wash the chicken wings very well, proceed to cut them in half and add salt and pepper or seasoning, add a few drops of vinegar and let them marinate for 1 hour.
2. Wash the habanero peppers well, chop the onion into squares and place directly next to the griddle with the garlic.
3. Once the habanero chiles and the onion have cooked a little, which has a charred appearance, add the habanero chiles, onion, garlic, salt and 3 tablespoons of vinegar to the blender, proceed to blend.
4. We put a saucepan with enough very hot oil and add the already marinated chicken wings so that they cook and brown.
5. when they are browned, they are drained and we add the habanero sauce.
6.We put a little butter in a pan and add the wings (each wing has to have enough sauce), brown them well and add a touch of maggie juice or soy sauce and lemon juice if necessary.
