Rice with tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of white rice
  • 1 cube of Vegetable Stock
  • 3 cups of cold water
  • 1 can of drained tuna
  • 1 cup of corn kernels
  • 2 carrots cut into small cubes
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of green beans cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Lets go cook

1. Place the rice, the Vegetable Stock cube, the carrot, the green beans and the water in a pot.

2. Cook the preparation over low heat, semi-covered, until the rice absorbs all the liquids.

3. Add the corn, the finely chopped parsley and the tomatoes cut in half.

4. Before serving, let stand covered for 5 minutes and mix with the tuna. Garnish with the chopped fresh parsley.
