Ingredients
- 4 cups of rice.
- 8 cups of water.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 long onion wedge cut in three.
- ½ pound of beef cut into cubes.
- ½ pound of diced pork meat.
- 1 skinless chicken breast, diced.
- 4 sausages cut into pieces and browned in a pan.
- ¼ pound pork ham, sliced and cut into strips.
- ½ peeled paprika, seeded and finely chopped.
- 1 bunch of chives (chives) chopped.
- 1 peeled carrot, cut into squares and cooked.
- ½ cup of cooked peas.
- ½ cup of beans cooked and chopped into pieces.
- 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
- ¼ cup of soy sauce.
Lets go cook
1. In a frying pan, place a tablespoon of oil and sauté the beef, pork and chicken in batches.
2. Season with salt and pepper and reserve.
3. In the cauldron in which you are going to make the rice, add two tablespoons of oil, sauté the long onion together with the garlic, over medium heat.
4. Add the paprika and cook for five minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add the rice, stir until it is impregnated with the stew.
7. Pour the 8 cups of water.
8. When it starts to dry, lower the heat and cover.
9. Let cook until the rice is dry and at its point.
10. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add the rice, the vegetables, the meat (except the ham), the previously browned sausage, the spring onion and the soy sauce, and stir well.
11. Add more soy sauce if necessary.
12. Place the rice in the container in which you are going to serve it and place the ham strips on top.
13. Serve immediately.
