Arabic rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Noodles
  • Raisins
  • almonds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Preparation:

1. In a frying pan, heat three tablespoons of olive oil, brown the noodles for a maximum of 3 minutes, add the almonds, the raisins and the crushed garlic clove, keep stirring so that the noodles brown completely, the almonds are toasted and the grapes get bigger

2. Add the rice to the pan and mix with the rest of the ingredients, stir constantly, season with salt and when the rice begins to brown, add the water for each cup of rice you added.

3. Cook over medium heat until the rice is dry and serve.
