Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 lb of rice
- 100 grams of chicken in cubes
- 100 grams of cubed beef or pork
- 2 chopped sausages
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of chives chopped into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon grated ginger
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preparation:
1. Prepare the rice in the traditional way, but with less or no salt since soy sauce contains salt.
2. Apart, beat the eggs and make an omelette, at the end cut the omelette into small pieces of maximum 2cms.
3. In a pan add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and first fry the chives, paprika and ginger, a few minutes
4. Later add the chicken and meat in 2cm cubes and the sausages, mix and fry for 5 minutes,
5. Add soy sauce to taste , we recommend you add at least 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix and let it fry for 5 more minutes,
6. Check that the meats are fully cooked and add the rice and the egg pieces, add 5 more tablespoons of soy sauce and mix everything very well , leave a few more minutes for the flavors to blend and remove from heat.
