Ingredients for 4:
- 200 grams of chopped walnuts
- 1 lb of rice
- 1 tablespoon grain mustard
- 4 nails
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 chile or green chili
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- juice of a lemon
- 150 gr of grated coconut
- 100 grams of butter
- Saffron
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. As with all recipes, make sure you have all the ingredients. The first thing is to cook the rice with water and salt. When it is almost ready, drain and reserve.
2. Chop the ginger and sauté it in butter with the walnuts, mustard and cloves.
3. Then we add the chopped chili, rice, coriander, lemon juice, grated coconut, a little water and the previously soaked saffron.
4. Put the rice in the oven until it absorbs all the liquid and that’s it.
