Ingredients:
- ½ pound of rice
- ½ envelope of seafood soup
- 2 cups of water
- ½ small red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon grated big onion
- ¼ of chipi-chipi washed very well
Preparation:
1. Sauté the onion in the oil until it is transparent, add the rice with the seafood soup dissolved in water, add the chipi-chipi with the paprika and mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Let boil until dry, cover and lower the heat until the grain opens.
3. When serving, mix gently and that’s it.
