Ingredients
- 400 grams of chicken cut into cubes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 carrots in wheels
- 1/2 cup of cooked peas
- 150 grams of rice
- 800 milliliters of water
- 2 Flavor Cubes of Saffron and Thyme
- pepper to taste
- chopped fresh parsley to taste
- Optional powdered saffron to taste
Lets go cook
1. In a saucepan with a little oil, sauté the chicken cubes.
2. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the water, the rice, the Cube Flavor and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat or until well cooked.
4. Add the peas and season.
5. Serve in a deep dish, decorate with the chopped parsley.
