3. We will use the same broth from the breast to prepare the rice, take 4 cups of broth for 2 cups of rice.
4. Add the broth to the pot with the vegetables, correct the seasoning and if necessary add more salt, then add the rice, stir so that all the ingredients are well mixed, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the rice is dry. rice.
5. When it has dried, cover the wave and leave on low heat for another 10 minutes or until the rice softens.
6. Serve and accompany it with French fries or patacones. In Colombia, arroz con pollo is also served with tomato sauce.
