Ingredients:
- 1 split chicken,

- 2 peppers,
- 5 garlic cloves,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 lemon,
- 3 bay leaves,
- 1 glass of white wine,
- oil,
- coloring or saffron,
- Salt,
- Water,
- 1 chicken broth cube
Preparation:
1. Cut the ingredients into small pieces, wash them well and put them in a pan with oil over medium heat to make a sauce. Adding a little salt.
2. With a wooden spoon, we stir the sauce well, and the tomato is the last thing that is made in the sauce, for 10 minutes, then it is passed through a potato mill or Chinese so that the crushed vegetables remain.
3. Once the vegetables have been passed through the Chinese, we prepare in a pot the vegetables already past, 3 bay leaves and the broken chicken, turning it so that it is well refried, and the vegetables are consumed, and they take on flavor.
4. When the vegetables have been consumed, add a glass of wine or a little more if you like them, let it be consumed and always get dizzy, turning them over. So it does not stick.
5. Next, add the chicken broth tablet, half a lemon, and water, adding each time it is consumed, and coloring or saffron, cover it for about 10 minutes.
6. Add the rice, rinsed well to remove the starch, and finish by adding the other half of the lemon, so that the grains remain loose, taste the salt and let it cook, and add water little by little and let it rest for about 5 minutes
