Rice pudding

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup washed and soaked rice
  • 2 ½ bottles of milk
  • 1 bottle of water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ pound sugar or more to taste
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Mix a bottle of milk and one of water and take it to the fire, add the rice and let it cook over medium heat until it bursts.

2. Add the other bottle and a half of milk, sugar, cinnamon and raisins, lower to a simmer, stirring constantly until the desired thickness is achieved.

3. Add a pinch of salt and stir. It is served hot or cold.
