Cantonese Chinese rice

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of rice cooked the day before
  • 1 finely chopped sweet chili
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 250 gr diced ham
  • 2 diced smoked chops
  • 100 gr mortadella chopped into squares
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • Chinese sauce
  • Pepper
  • chive
  • 1 celery branch finely chopped
  • oil

Lets go cook

1.  Place a pot to heat along with the oil, when it is very hot add the onion and celery to crystallize.

2. Then we add the garlic and mix.

3. Immediately add ham, bologna, chop, mushrooms, sweet chili, reduce heat to medium and wait for these ingredients to brown a little.

4. While this happens in a frying pan, chop the eggs and add salt (finely chopped). we move away

5. We add the rice to the ham and other ingredients that we have browning, mix.

6. Then we put Chinese sauce to taste, eggs, pepper and chives. Lower the temperature to a minimum and let the flavors concentrate (about 10 minutes)
