Preparation:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bathe them in olive oil and let them rest in the fridge.
2. In a hot frying pan we are going to put the butter, once it is melted we are going to add the bacon in small pieces, we wait for it to brown and add the garlic together with the onion in very small pieces, stir and cook until the onion is soft. caramelize.
3. In the blender we are going to put the media crema, 3 chipotle peppers from the can and all the contents of the pan (if you think it is necessary you can drain all the fat).
4. Once the ingredients are in the blender we are going to mix, you can add a little water so that it is not too thick and everything mixes very well.
5. In the same pan we are going to fry the sliced breasts, since they are well cooked, we add the contents of the blender, cover and let it boil for the first time.
6. We remove from the fire and serve.
