Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (4 pieces)
- 200 gr chanterelles
- 8 roasted and peeled chestnuts
- 150 g acerola
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- provencal herbs
- fresh rosemary
Preparation:
1.clean and wash the chanterelles, cut into slices and sauté together with the acerolas and the roasted and peeled chestnuts, in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, season and reserve.
