Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 200g of minced chicken meat
  • A splash of milk
  • A slice of sliced ​​bread
  • Optionally, a slice of soft cheese, Sandwich type
  • Flour, egg and grated bread to bread them.
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

– Put the minced chicken meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then, we remove the crust from the slice of mole bread and add it to the bowl together with the minced meat. Add a splash of milk. The crumb and the milk will be what gives them that creaminess that we want, inside the chicken nugget. Add, if desired, the cheese and mix everything with the help of your hand or a spoon, until everything is well integrated. Afterwards, it can be left to rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator so that the mass is compacted.

– Now, with your hand, we take a small portion of the dough, we flatten it a little, giving it that characteristic nugget shape and we pass it through flour, egg and breadcrumbs (in that order).

– Fry them in plenty of olive oil over high heat. Remove and let rest for 1 minute on absorbent paper. And they are ready! A homemade fast food dish, which is always appreciated.
