Chicken rice

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of chicken cut into cubes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 carrots in wheels
  • 1/2 cup of cooked peas
  • 150 grams of rice
  • 800 milliliters of water
  • 2 Flavor Cubes of Saffron and Thyme
  • pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley to taste
  • Optional powdered saffron to taste

Lets go cook

1. In a saucepan with a little oil, sauté the chicken cubes.

2. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the water, the rice, the Cube Flavor and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat or until well cooked.

4. Add the peas and season.

5. Serve in a deep dish, decorate with the chopped parsley.
