Ingredients

  • 1 kilo chicken thighs
  • 2 onions filleted in half moons
  • 6 garlic cloves cut in half
  • 6 peeled and sliced ​​carrots
  • 6 bay leaves a little thyme frog pepper to taste salt with oil
  • 1 dark beer

Preparation:

1. We put a deep casserole and a little extended, we add the oil to medium fire, we let it take regular temperature and salt we pepper the chicken and we put it with the skin down so that it browns a little on both sides

2. Once ready, add the garlic, onion and carrots, fry for a minute and add the beer, bay leaf and thyme, salt and pepper, correct the seasoning and cover, let cook for 20 to 30 minutes stirring from time to time until the chicken is soft
