Ingredients
- 1 kl boneless chicken
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 large onion
- 4 medium carrots
- 2 small pumpkins
- 6 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 large tablespoon Maizena (corn starch)
- Little water
- dried chiles de arbol to garnish
Preparation:
1. You cook the chicken with little salt and pepper, because the oyster sauce is salty and the soy sauce too, since it is cooked you are going to add the already cut broccoli, then the carrot and finally the onion and zucchini.
2. Preparation of the sauce, in a cup add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, Maizena (corn starch) and a little water approximately 1/4 cup, stir the whole mixture and add it to the chicken with vegetables and wait for it to thicken a little the mixture and ready to eat.
3. You chop the vegetables to your liking, it can be diagonally, julienned, cubed, and garnished with dry chile de árbol previously roasted.
4. You can accompany it with white rice or Chinese rice
