Cordon bleu breasts

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken milanese.
  • 4 slices of ham.
  • 4 slices of manchego cheese.
  • 1/4 cup of flour.
  • 2 beaten eggs.
  • 1 cup of ground bread.
  • 1 cup of oil.

*Dip

  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • 1/4 chopped onion.
  • 1 minced garlic clove.
  • 1 cup of mushrooms.
  • 1/2 liter of milk.
  • 1/2 liter of cream.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Season the chicken milanesas with salt and pepper and place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Roll up and close with a toothpick.

2. Go through the flour, the beaten egg and bread with the ground bread.

3. Heat the oil and brown the chicken rolls until they are well cooked.

*Dip

1. Melt the butter and season the onion and garlic.

2. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Pour in half of the milk and cook until boiling.

3. Let cool and blend with the rest of the milk and cream.

4. Return to the heat, season with salt and pepper and cook until slightly thickened.

5. Serve the breasts and bathe with the sauce. Sprinkle some finely chopped parsley.
