- ½ pound Thai long grain rice
- ½ liter of water
- 150 grams of shrimp
- 20 grams of red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 grams of lemon balm
- 100 grams of chicken meat 50 grams of pork meat
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 chili or chili
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 egg
- ½ grated lime
- One and a half teaspoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. First of all you have to wash the rice and let it drain.
Bring the water to a boil with salt, add the rice, cover and cook for 2 minutes over low heat and keep it cold until the next day.
2. Peel the shrimp, open them at the belly, remove the intestine, wash them very well and let them drain.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Wash the lemon balm, cut the chicken and pork into 1 cm squares. Chop the cilantro, then cut the chile into thin rings and remove the seeds.
4. Once we have finished preparing the ingredients, we must add the sugar and the chili rings, apply the salt and season the rice with the fish sauce and add the pepper. We fry everything for 2 minutes.
5. Transfer the rice to a bowl and decorate with cilantro. We serve hot.
