Garlic chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken in pieces
  • 10 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1/2 liter of chicken broth
  • White wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • oil for frying
  • pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

1. Season the chicken and reserve. Heat the oil in a saucepan, crush the garlic with a stone and add it to the pan along with the bay leaf to brown a little over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the chicken pieces along with 1/2 cup of white wine, stir and bring to a boil so that the alcohol evaporates.

2. Once it is boiling, add the chicken broth, raise the heat to high until it starts to boil, which is when we will lower the heat to medium until a little of the broth evaporates and the sauce is thicker.

3. When serving garlic chicken, it is recommended to accompany it with white rice as a garnish.
