Grilled chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg thigh and thigh –
  • 5 potatoes cut and precooked
  • 1 harvest mayonnaise soup
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard Salt
  • kingdom pepper
  • peppers
  • chimichurri
  • vinegar
  • cilantro
  • oregano
  • rosemary (optional)

Preparation:

1. Wash the chicken and then add all the seasonings.

2. Mix everything very well and then arrange in a shape (no need to grease)

3. Put the potatoes on top, water a little olive oil, a little rosemary and take to the oven at a temperature of 250 degrees for more or less 1 hour and a half (You do not have to cover with aluminum foil)

4. If by chance it spills a lot of water, you can remove the excess and return it to the oven until the chicken is well browned on top.
