Ingredients:

Preparation:
1. Cook 3 eggs in salted water for 9 minutes and cool them, peel them and reserve them, lacquer and chop a few sprigs of parsley, clean the pepper, wash it and cut it into cubes, mix it with the meat and the parsley and season it, add the raw egg and mix.
2. cut a 25 cm long piece of film and place it on top of half of the meat, making a rectangle of about 15×5 cm in the center, distribute the olives and hard-boiled eggs more or less centered, and cover with the remaining meat .
3.roll the meat with the help of film as if it were a candy, hold it by the edges by pressing and turn it on the counter to give it a cylinder shape, preheat the oven to 180°, peel and chop the onion and crush the garlic, put it all in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil.
4.remove the film and put the meat in the dish, bake it for 15 minutes, turn it over carefully and water it with the juice, sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar and roast it for 15-20 minutes, remove the garlic and grind the juices with the onion until To obtain a sauce, cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce.
