Oriental rice

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 1 carrot cut into cubes
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • ¼ celery cut into cubes
  • pepper to taste
  • 400 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 Flavor in Curry and Coconut Milk Sachets

Lets go cook

1. In a saucepan, sweat the vegetables together with the oil until they are transparent.

2. Add the rice and sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Add the water and the Flavor in Curry Packets and Coconut Milk.

4. Cook in the covered saucepan until the rice absorbs all the cooking liquid.

5. Season to taste and serve, decorating with the green leaves of the chopped green onion.
