Parmigiana breast

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken milanese.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 cup of wheat flour.
  • 60 gr of ground bread.
  • 50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
  • 50 ml of bechamel sauce.
  • 50 ml of Neapolitan sauce.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Olive oil.

Preparation:

1. Mix half the cheese with the breadcrumbs.

2. Season the Milanese with salt and pepper and bread in the following order: flour, beaten egg and ground bread.

3. In hot oil we fry the Milanese until golden brown, we remove it.

4. In a heat-proof container or plate, place a layer of Neapolitan, place the Milanese on top and cover it with bechamel, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven.
