Pilaf rice with four cheeses

Ingredients

  • 1 cube of Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Flavor Cubes Four Cheeses
  • 300 grams of white rice
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • ½ finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 leek finely chopped
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 600 milliliters of water
  • Grated cheese

Lets go cook

1. Dissolve the Vegetable Stock Cube in boiling water.

2. In an ovenproof casserole, sweat the vegetables in the oil until they are transparent.

3. Add the rice and sauté them for a minute. Incorporate the water, the Flavor in Four Cheese Cubes.

4. Take the covered preparation to a medium preheated oven for approximately 17 minutes, with the aim of achieving cooked and loose rice.

5. Serve on the plate and decorate with the grated cheese.
