Ingredients
- 1 medium lobster
- Fumet (always with vegetables and a potato)
- 1 large squid
- The bag of a cuttlefish (it is put in the fumet)
- 1/2 kg. mussels
- 2 garlic
- Oil Salt
- Colorant
- Pepper
- 150 gr. rice
Lets go cook
1. We make the fumet.
2. Open the mussels to the steam and keep the broth that they release.
3. Cut the head of the lobster, in half.
4. Peel the garlic and fry them in oil. Withdraw
5. Sear the lobster. Withdraw
6. Fry the squid, when it is golden brown the rice in the same oil.
7. Put the lobster in the middle and cover with the necessary fumet. season
8. Before removing the pan, add the mussels.
9. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
