Sonoran Chinese Rice

Ingredients

  • 350 g White rice previously cooked
  • 100 g Cooked Ham or Smoked Pork Chop in cubes
  • 6 medium shrimp, chopped
  • 200 gr minced chicken
  • 60g peas
  • 60 g chopped carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 20 g chives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch chili pepper
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Lets go cook

1. Prepare the ingredients: chop the garlic, cut the ham or chop into squares, count the shrimp into small pieces once cleaned and deveined, cut the carrot into squares and grate the chives.

2. In boiling water cook the peas and the carrot until they thaw and soften, reserve

3. In that same water we cook the shrimp for 2 minutes and reserve

4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and reserve

5. In a wok add oil, fry the minced garlic and add the eggs. we mix

6. Add the white rice, mix until the egg and rice are incorporated

7. Add the peas, the carrot, the ham or Chop, the shrimp, white pepper, a pinch of salt, the 2 tablespoons of Soya sauce, mix well

8. Add a teaspoon of ajinomoto mix perfectly and finally add the chives
