Ingredients
- 350g rice
- Prawns
- 2 calamari
- 1 cup fried tomato
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic
- Saffron
- oil and salt
- 1/2 cup peas
Lets go cook
1. In a casserole where we are going to prepare the rice, we will put a little oil, when it is hot, we will add the pepper and the chopped onion, fry it a little and add the chopped garlic. Next we add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and the fried tomato.
2. We will put the chopped squid that are sautéed a little together with the sauce.
3. When we see that the sauce is ready we will add the broth, I put 1 liter in it. It puts twice as much broth as rice and a little more if we want it to be a little more sweet.
4. When it starts to boil, we will add a little saffron and a little salt to the rice, we will try it. After 10 minutes we will add the peas and add the prawns.
5. After about 15 minutes we turn it off, let it rest for 5 min. and ready.
