Sweet and sour chicken legs

Ingredients:

  • 6 skinless chicken legs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation:

1. In a nonstick skillet, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, white vinegar, sriracha, and cornstarch until well incorporated. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

2. Clean the chicken legs with water and dry them very well.

3. In another skillet, add a drizzle of oil and cook the chicken legs over medium high heat for 15 minutes (5 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on the other side, and 5 minutes on the sides that are not browned).

4. Add the chicken legs to the pan that has the sweet and sour sauce and we cover them all very well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
