Ingredients:
- 300 gr. of rice
- 200 gr. frozen prawns
- 1 thick slice (about 50 grams) of cold cut chicken or
- turkey
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
1. Pour the rice into a saucepan with plenty of boiling water, already salted, and cook for between 10 and 15 minutes depending on the type of rice used. Drain.
2. While the rice is cooking, add a tablespoon of oil to a non-stick frying pan and make a thin French omelette with the eggs (without folding).
3. In the same pan, grill the previously defrosted prawns (until they are white) and then the sliced cold cuts.
4. In a saucepan add the other tablespoon of oil and all the ingredients. Stir a few times to mix the flavors, adjust the salt if necessary and serve hot.
