Wantan soup

Ingredients for 4:

200 grams of chicken bones
200 grams of pork bones
½ skinless chicken breast
2 sprigs of Chinese onion or chives
½ kion or ginger
5 quail eggs
160 grams of Chinese cabbage
10 stuffed wontons

Preparation:

1. You must wash the chicken and pork bones with plenty of water.

2. Place the bones in a medium pot with 3 liters of water. Let boil approximately 30-40 minutes.

3. Cut the chicken breast into slices and reserve in the refrigerator.

4. With the help of a strainer, separate the broth from the bones.

5. Add the salt, the white part of the Chinese onion and the kion. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, in case you do not use all the broth you can freeze it.

6. When the 20 minutes are up, add the chicken pieces, bok choy, quail eggs, and wontons.

7. Serve the soup with the green part of the Chinese onion finely chopped.
