Wheat soup

Ingredients for 5:

  • 1 medium purple onion
  • 2 cups of wheat
  • 500 grams of beef (stew or brisket tip)
  • 2 liters of water
  • ½ pore
  • 150 grams of pumpkin macre
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion into small squares and reserve.

2. In a large pot, add a splash of vegetable oil and sear the meat over medium heat. Booking.

3. In the same pot that you have sealed the meat you must cook the onion and the ground garlic. Add a pinch of salt to dehydrate the onion.
