Preparation:

3. Once the onion is well caramelized, add the cup of chicken broth, at this time you must add salt and pepper to taste, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, place the entire mixture in the blender and add the milk cream, process for 3 minutes.
5. Return the mixture to the pot and heat until it boils. Then turn off the heat and let the caramelized onion cream rest for a few minutes, which is ready to serve.
