Vegetable cream with cheese and nata

Ingredients for 2:

  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 little cheeses
  • 1 splash of nata

Preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into pieces.

2. Bring everything to a boil. About 40 minutes.

3. Remove excess water, season and add a little olive oil.

4. Crush the cream, add the cheeses and a little nata. Continue grinding it until it looks like a cream (if we see that it has not come out creamy, add a little bit of the vegetable broth that we drained and removed before).
