Caesar salad with seafood

Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce
  • 100 grams of turkey breast
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 6 sea bream
  • 8 cooked shrimps
  • 3 slices of semi-cured cheese
  • 1 bag of croutons
  • Caesar sauce (CHOVI recommended)
  • Salt

Let’s cook

1. Chop the lettuce, wash it and let it drain. Cook the two eggs in a small pot with water and vinegar for about 10 minutes. After this time, drain the water and run them under cold water. Once they are cold, we can peel them and put them aside.

2. In a bowl put the salad and add a little salt. Now we incorporate the rest of the ingredients: Peel the shrimp, chop them and add them. Chop the turkey breast, the sea breasts and also the cheese (but the cheese in very small pieces).

3. Chop the eggs that we had reserved, add them to the recipe and also add the two cans of tuna (previously with the oil drained).

4. Add the sauce to the recipe and mix.

5. Before serving add the bag of croutons and mix everything again. Ready to eat.
