Ingredients
- 2 avocados in large slices
- 1 large grapefruit in wedges
- 1 1/2 cups chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large mango, sliced
