Ingredients
Salad
- 1 broccoli floret, steamed or raw
- 100 grs fresh strawberries
- 1 bunch of raw spinach
- 1 lemon
- to taste Salt and pepper
Dressing
- 100 grs fresh strawberries.
- 50 grs. walnuts, almonds or cashews
- 1 teaspoon sugar or stevia to taste
- 1 splash of water.
Let’s Cook
1. The broccoli is cooked with a splash of water, with salt and covered for about 10 minutes, it is ready when the color is bright and easy to eat.
2. Wash and disinfect the spinach and strawberries. Drain the spinach and put it on a plate with the sliced strawberries and the avocado in squares.
3. For the dressing: Place the 100 grams of strawberries in a blender or food processor with a little water, the walnuts and the sugar, until you have a thick mixture.
4. In my case I accompanied it with chicken breast cooked with juicy garlic and onion flavor and added in squares next to the salad.
5. Finally put the dressing on top, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
