Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 green apples
- 200g soft cheese, diced
- 100g mayonnaise
- 100 ml sweet cream
- to taste salt and sugar
- 1 sour lemon
Let’s Cook
1. Peel the apple and dice it, place it in a bowl with the lemon juice and cover with water. This is so it does not oxidize. Whip the sweet cream until soft peaks form.
2. In a salad bowl, place the celery, drained apple, cheese and walnuts. Add the mayonnaise, salt, sugar and mix. Incorporate the whipped cream and mix in an enveloping way. Season to taste.
