Ingredients
- 1 golden pear
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 5-6 walnuts
- 30 grs. gouda or panela cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon consommé
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- drops Maggi juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Let’s cook
1. We peel and chop into cubes a golden pear, a celery stick we remove the strands and cut it into cubes, a piece of gouda or panela cheese we cut it into cubes, 5 or 6 walnuts in halves we chop them. Put everything in the salad bowl and garnish with some chopped parsley leaves.
2. Prepare a vinaigrette with 1/2 teaspoon of consommé, a few drops of Maggi Juice, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, stir well to emulsify and put on top of the salad, only as much as necessary.
