Ingredients for 2:
- 400 grams of mixed mushrooms
- 1 unit of onion
- 2 units of potatoes
- 1 unit of boiled egg
- ½ liter of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of olive oil
Preparation:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes and onion into slices.
2. Heat the olive oil in a casserole and then add the onion and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook.
3. When it is sautéed, add the mushrooms and stir.
4. Add the broth and cook for fifteen minutes.
5. Crush and put the cream on a plate, chop the egg, the parsley and put it on top and serve very hot.
