Ingredients
- 8-10 frozen broccoli florets
- 1 slice red onion
- 1 apple or golden pear
- 1 handful raisins
- 5 almonds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- garlic powder
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon bouillon powder or salt
Let’s Cook
1. For this different salad we use frozen broccoli about 8 or 10 florets and boil them for 3 minutes, drain and chop them. Add 1 slice of chopped red onion, 1 apple or golden pear peeled and cut into squares, a handful of raisins and some walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, I put 5 chopped almonds.
2. We prepare our vinaigrette: in a bowl put 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, garlic powder, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of bouillon powder or a pinch of salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir well and spread it over the salad. It tastes better if left in the refrigerator for a while.
