Ingredients for 1:
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 avocado
- 1 pinch of salt
- Lemon juice
- Lettuce to taste
- tomato to taste
- cheese (optional)
Preparation:
1. In a pot, place water and heat it up. When hot, add the broccoli and let it cook for 10 seconds.
2. Place the broccoli in the blender with the peeled garlic, the peeled and chopped avocado, the lemon juice and the salt, and blend for a few seconds, adding the necessary amount of water.
3. When the broccoli and avocado cream has reached the desired texture, serve it garnishing the plate with the chopped lettuce, tomato and cheese to taste.
