Cesar salad with roast beef and tartar sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Lettuce Lettuce
  • Roast beef fillets to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Apple
  • Croutons

For the sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • Pickles to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • Parsley to taste

Let’s cook

1. We put the egg to cook because it is necessary for our sauce, we leave it for 10 minutes, take it out and put it in cold, it will be easier to peel it later.

2. Once it is cold, we prepare what we need to make the Tartar Sauce, it is convenient to make it to have it cold for when we are going to use it.

3. We start the sauce by putting the mayonnaise in a blender glass.

4. Then add the mustard

5. Then add the boiled egg

6. Add the chopped onion, gherkins and capers.

7. Blend until a fine sauce is obtained.

8. Wash the cherry tomatoes that we will use later.

9. Distribute the leaves of the lettuce hearts on the tray.

10. Cut the meat fillets into irregular pieces.

11. Distribute over the salad the Cherrys and the sauce, add the Parmesan slices, if we want we can put some bread crusts.

12. Add the chopped apple as a topping and enjoy the beautiful sauce.
