Ingredients
- 4 tender chayotes
- 3 boiled eggs
- mayonnaise to taste (not too heavy)
- 1 sprig of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 chopped sweet chili
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 sour lemon
Let’s cook
1. Peel and cook the chayotes, cut them into cubes and set aside.
2. Cut the eggs into small pieces, put everything in a bowl and stir carefully so that the chayotes and the egg do not fall apart.
3. Refrigerate, enjoy your meal.
